I'm into day 4 of this food detox - 22 days to go.
I can't say it's been SUPER easy because it hasn't, but it has actually not been bad.
I miss sugar the most- I'm not allowed any splenda or any form of sugar, unless it's honey or agave.
I also miss coffee and the smell of it every morning here at work makes me sad. Thankfully there is warm chamomile tea to keep me toasty in the AM at work. There's also vitamins that are really important for me to be taking so I have to remember to do that everyday.

Physical fitness has made it's way back into my life. Yesterday Nancy and I got a free personal training session at the gym for free and she made sure to work us out until we were mush. We have another free session on Friday so that should be fun! I've been exercising consecutively, if even a walk on days I am too beat to do anything.

I cancelled cable when I got my new bill and it once again, went up. In like 6 months, it went up an extra $5 and that was AFTER it had gone up before. It's retarded. We're going to stick to a fantastic tier at Netflix that even after paying for that, will save me money. I'll miss recording tv, but I guess that's what Hulu is for. :)

Work has been ok, we started the 'Biggest Loser' Challenge and it runs for 12 weeks. This week is week one.
Mollee Gray from So You Think You Can Dance was here yesterday for a photo shoot and she was hilarious. It is always nice to meet people who are genuinely nice. We went to take a picture together and she wrapped her arms around my neck like she was going to kiss me! LOL I hugged her and we both laughed. It was a total Prom picture! She's really a nice girl.

I'm in the mood for some soulful music; some K-OS.
