Monday Madness
My weekend was insanely busy.
Friday after work I hit the gym, went to dinner and did some shopping for James and I.
Saturday we took Mozart in for his last set of vaccines and to get something for his fleas.
We came back home, I made breakfast, we hit the bank, got pet supplies and I finished the last leg of supplies for my bridal party. It was amazing!
My Maid of Honor Nancy made the beautiful cake! When I first saw it I thought she had brought me a big Barbie! LOL Then she told me it was edible! OMG! <3 It was delicious too! The cake was the talk of the afternoon.
The talk of our car ride was Mayra - I swear she has us both baffled and at loss of words. She got Nancy so worked up, even she needed to vent on her LJ! I got an email from her over the weekend and she was so nonchalant about the whole deal.
The afternoon was great - lots of laughs and chit chatting. Nancy and I bounced at 5pm to head on over to NoHo for Sonya Tayeh's Dance Show. It was amazing! We got a big shout out at the end of the show. I was going to take Nancy to meet her but Sonya was SUPER sick and we both did NOT want to catch whatever she had.
Yesterday I spent the day being mostly lazy with James. I did hit the gym and we finished some shopping for our trip. We've been in such an amorous state lately. He cannot keep his hands off me and neither can I. We have been so corny and mushy with one another that we are giving each other a toothache.
The greatest thing you'll ever learn, is just to LOVE, and be LOVED in RETURN. Amen Mister Nat King Cole.
