(no subject)
Now that i've finished logging what exactly happened to Austin (alot of people want to know, now its my job to spread the word...) I can splurge on what happened today, psh like anybody is going to read this...
Morning started out normal, went downstairs and worked out. I'm pretty bummed, after such a long period of not working out i've gotten weaker, I can't even bench over 200 lbs now let alone my personal best of 230. This will certainly effect my boxing....
Afternoon was even more uneventful, I call up my old co worker Bryan, he's the ASM of the Ebgames at the Somerset mall, I had talked to his boss Lisa a little while back asking if I could get hired in at there store. Thankfully, Lisa liked how responsible and hard working I was and gladly accepted me, I just had to get an app and submit it. I had to run down to the Independence store and grab one (somerset EB ran out.) So I call up Bryan and told him i'd be dropping it off later.
I spent most of the sub afternoon playing people online in 3rd Strike. Had a good time with a D rank player, very decent Ryu (better than mine.) Gave him a couple good matches. Played an interesting S rank player, he played Akuma and I schooled him, unfortunately the connection broke down and I didn't get to play him again.
Brian stopped by later that day and we talked about random shit, he was in a good mood. Thankfully his fathers trial was finished and the jury found him not guilty. That trial was the dumbest shit ever, Brian's father was accused of sexually assaulting a little girl when it was CRYSTAL FUCKING CLEAR that it never happened. After Brian's story, I discussed with him the details of Final Destination 3 (we went and saw it yesterday, Brian couldn't go because of the trial.) The movie was decent, many people beg to differ though.
Later that night I drop my sis and her friend Alice at the movies, I then take a ride up to Somerset to get my old job back. The ride was 45 minutes but it was worth seeing Bryan again. He told me how things were going and I walked with him to the food court. Bryan clearly hasn't lost his flirtation skills as he made friends with a girl at SBarro and got us free pizza. I sat and ate with him and discussed the good times. I gave him my app and am expected to hear from him soon.
Later that night I get the expected call from my father, I gotta go work the bar at 10 pm, Karry is busy as hell apparently. So, once Naruto finished up we took Brian's car and picked up my sister and got some food. I came back, Brian left and I headed to the good ol' Foggy Bottom. I stopped in and checked up on Karry; The place was indeed packed for once as a birthday party was going on. I asked Karry how things were and if she needed help, she didn't of course (when does she ever) and I gave her my cell incase she needed me.
So now I came home and watched FMA, EVA, Stroker and Hoop and the Boondocks. I also fit some SF 3S match videos in.
Now i'm here typing, once I finish this up I think i'll play some Tales of Legendia. I need to get started on this before Grandia 3 comes out.
I have a number of things planned next week:
1. My rehire at EB, somerset should be interesting
2. Grandia 3 hits on Valentines day
3. I have a blind date with a girl my roommate set me up with
4. I'll be checking out this Martial arts dojo, they offered me 2 free months (this could supplement my boxing...)
5. Trying to get back into the boxing gym (Coach Dale is going to FUCKING rip me a new one....)
