Cobalt Blends reliable?
I made an order on Feb 7th for samples from Cobalt Blends and I haven't heard anything from them. I know their site says 7-10 business days to ship orders, but I guess I was expecting some kind of acknowledgement of the order. I've sent an email requesting confirmation that my order was received and I haven't heard anything. Is this typical of them? Are they timely with orders or no?
