I just checked my mail and found this awesome letter..

Ms Bailey,
It has been reported to our office that you walk your dog without a leash or allow your dog to be in your front yard without a leash.
This violates the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Forest Bluff, which provides:
Atricle VIII, section 5 Anaimals and Livestock." No pet may be chained or leashed outside an enclosure unless being walked on a leash. Whenever a pet is removed from it's in closure, it must be in the possesion of its owner or the owner's agent and must be restrained by a proper leasg of chain, rope, plastic, leather material."
At this time we ask you to please have your dog on a leash each time it is not in your home or a fenced back yard. If you diagree with this please put your response in writing and mail it to board of directors at the above address.
OKKKKK, WHAT THE FUCK! I just called them and they couldn't give me any info as to who reported and what breed of dog was seen. Because I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be for my neighbors dog. Their dog is never on the leash(he rides his bike around the neighborhood while the dog runs in front of him) and it's out in the front yard fairly often. It even came over to me on Friday when I was getting in my car. So now if I want the voilation of my record I have to send them a letter. Heh I think I'll send it in a christmas card with my dogs pictures.. because I'm pretty sure someone complained because they drove by once and saw we had a pit. and just want to get us in trouble. Or have our dogs taken away. GRRRRR
BUTTT the other night just after Bill and I got home, a lady stopped and asked Bill while he was outside starting the grill, if he had seen a Rotti because it was trying to attack her son on the street below us. The lady was presistant that it came from close to where we are. And Bill said No we just got home 5 mins ago, and I guess she kept saying I saw it run this way. Like she didn't believe Bill. She kept looking towards our house, because at the time our dogs were inside barking.. Soo maybe she just reported us out of spite. Becuase it's awful funny that the letter is dated the day after this happened.
GRRRRRRR, It sucks people have to be dumb and report something without even speaking to us first about, IF there was even a problem in first. But there isn't our dogs are never in the front yard, and if we do walk them it's one at a time on a leash.. this makes me just want to vomit.
ok yeh I'm done ranting now. haha.
