I'm bored.
I have been off since Friday night, I do not return to work until 9:00 am on Thursday. How awesome, right? Well I still have my old job. But I have not been there since the 15th. I just can't bring myself to go there. Basicly I have been a no call/show for 5 of my last scheduled days. Haha I don't even know if they have realized this yet either. I have not received a phone call from them either. But I used my discount card at another store yesterday and it still worked! I still have a paycheck that I need to get from them, but arg. I don't even want to go there. So I'm debating on if I should just go in there this afternoon and just fill out the "I quit" papers or maybe I'll just do it tomorrow. Then tomorrow the same thing will happen. I just know. oh well.
Yesterday Bill and I went to Home Depot and got a bunch of paint samples, so this morning I've been trying to figure out what color I want in each room. We want to have this done before my parents get here. So we have the kitchen/livingroom/dinning/office/den/guest bathroom to do. I'm so confused. We can't even agree on any color either. But we don't have much time to get this done either. I think I just want all shades of tan/brown and light green for everything except the kitchen. I just have noo clue what I went in there. Maybe Blue. Blue is a good kitchen color right? Bill wants maroon in the living/dinning room, but uh our furniture set is like a sage green. Hello CHRISTMAS everyday. GRR this is stressful.
I also just made a big list of what needs to be done around the house and for christmas as far as sending out Christmas cards/gifts and such.(ohh if anyone wants a christmas card with a picture of our "family" in it let me know!)
The list is huge, I hope it can all be done before my parents get here. Because I just want to be able to enjoy them being here, and be able to show thing around Austin without having to spend time working on the house.
Also on Sunday we went to the mall to try and get into the christmas spirit, but when it's still 87 degrees out it's a little hard. Next weekend we are going to put up a tree so hopefully then it will feel a bit more like christmas. Although today has been cold, it was like 30 when I woke up this morning, there was ice in the dogs water bowl outside. But it didn't last long! It's 62 right now. haha. Texas weather is just as nuts as Maine. Oh well I'm going to go bring the dogs for a walk around the neighborhood now.
and Oh since I haven't posted anything recent of Miles or Mia here is a couple new pictures from a couple sundays ago!
