Wilson: My wife wasn't dying, she wasn't even sick. Everything was fine. I met someone who made me feel funny. Good. And I didn't want to let that feeling go. [long silent pause] What happened to you, how can anyone go through that alone? You can't control your emotions.
Cameron: No. Just your actions.
Wilson: You didn't do it, did you? You didn't sleep with him.
Cameron: I couldn't have lived with myself.
Wilson: [smiling] You'd be surprised what you can live with. [walks out of the office]

As Cameron was walking across the parking lot to her car, she heard Wilson call out her name; she stopped and turned around, and waited for him to catch up to her (which only took about six or seven seconds). Once he was standing beside her, she spoke: "Yeah?" "Do you have time for coffee or something?" Wilson asked; Cameron looked at her watch, even though there was really no need to because she was free all evening, then replied "Sure, we can go in my car,".
Neither of them spoke on the way there-- it was a short drive to the tiny cafe; they walked in and got a table and some coffee. Wilson started the conversation, "This evening, when I said "I met someone who made me feel funny. Good. And I didn't want to let that feeling go." I was talking about Cuddy," Cameron took a sip of her coffee, "I wasn't expecting for you to tell me," she replied. "I know. But, why not? We work at the same place, we're friends, and House annoys the hell out of both of us a lot of the time," Wilson smiled. Cameron returned the smile, "That's true,". Wilson nodded, "Plus, if I told House, I'd probably never hear the end of it," "House does like to make sure people never forget things they do that might make him mad in some twisted form or another," Cameron agreed. "I don't see how you continue to work for him," Wilson said, taking a sip of his coffee. "And neither do I, but it's alright sometimes," "So, are you and Cuddy still dating?" Cameron added. "Yeah," was Wilson's reply. "And House still hasn't figured it out?" If House hadn't figured out yet, then Cameron would be very surprised. "As far as I know, no he hasn't figured it out,". "Well, for your sake, and Cuddy's, let's hope he hasn't," Cameron said, finishing off her coffee, then adding "She'd never hear the end of it either. House would probably page everyone in the hospital and let them know if he found out,". "That sounds like a very House like thing to do, doesn't it?". "It does. I have no doubt that he would do that in a split second, if ever given the chance," This time, Wilson finished his coffee. Now that they were both done with their coffee, it seemed as if it was about time to go. "I'll drive you back to the hospital so you can get your car," Cameron said. "Ah, yeah, I almost forgot about that," WIlson replied. They threw away their cups and got back into Cameron's car.
It seemed as if they were back in the hospital in no time. "That was fun," Cameron said. "It was," Wilson replied, right before getting out of the car. He got into his car, started it up, and drove home for the night, hoping that House wouldn't find out about himself and Cuddy for atleast a few more days-- weeks, even, if they were lucky.
