I have been doing my exercises progressively later in the day but still doing them! Today sucked hardcore. The video I'm doing has a mix of stuff and this cardio excesize where you pretend to jump rope just kills my knees. Doesn't help that I had a really intense day of subbing English. It's a lot more pressure than other classes because I actually know what I am doing and I have to monitor a lot more and I feel generally more responsible for students. Plus it's Jr. High and man are those kids spazzy. Little microcosms of energy and drama, never knowing if a kid is gonna act like an elementary student or a jaded high school kid who has way too much drama in their lives. Tomorrow I'm back to math which is a little more relaxed. I've been subbing so often at Zane that I am getting to know quite a few kids by name. Anyway when I got home today I was wiped, doesn't help that I am being treated for a sinus infection and am probably coming up on my lady time. So I have lost track of how exactly to count calories but I will just stick with recording what I eat.
Breakfast: One Bowl Kashi heart cereal in 2% milk. With green Tea.
Snack: two white cheddar rice cakes
Lunch: Left over chicken and veggie stir fry with half a cup white rice.( I know should be brown but I'm working on it)
afternoon snack: 10 pieces of hello panda. actually only about 160 cal
Dinner: Spinach salad with cooked red and yellow bell peppers with two hard boiled eggs and a table spoon balsamic vinagarrette.
Dessert: yo-plait light yogurt, one piece red licorice.
weight: 145 up two pounds but might be from water retention or the fact that I got on the scale later than yesterday or the day before.
