sucks.....
Breakfast bowl of Kashi heart cereal
snack white cheddar rice cakes-80 cal
Lunch - pastrami and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread a little mayo and mustard
Dinner- chicken veggie stir fry and small amount of white rice and salad.
dessert- yo-plait light yogurt- 100 cal- maybe a licorice stick or two.
Long day of subbing Jr. High Math plus Interview for Americorps. I think I did really well, don't want to sound too cocky but I would be very surprised if I didn't get it. I find out Tuesday. More subbing the rest of the week.
workout: about to do the video again. Don't want to my head and knees hurt.... it's gonna suuuuck.
