Discussion: Ah, a refreshing new beginning. That's the perfect word I would use to describe this story--"Refreshing". It's also a few other adjectives, but I don't want to reveal too much. Either way, this part of this story that I posted has been completed for a month or so now (maybe 2?), and I really got the urge to complete it, so I just went ahead and put it up. Sometimes RM's cute nature is too sweet for me, so I needed some in your face reality. This story isn't that drastic, but it's aimed to be as lifelike as possible, I guess. Whatev. Like "Chasm", it's a oneshot that has been divided into three parts. It may end up being four, but probably not, now that I think about it. Unlike "Chasm", it's not already completed, but there's a good portion finished. I hope to finish it after I finish this post, but that may be impossible. Either way, it's a strange mix of genres, with a slightly older Naruto and Gaara (20-ish?), so they may seem a bit OOC at times, but I'd like to think they've just matured a bit. Oh, and the story is in Gaara's POV (a turnoff for some, but it's really the only way I could see the story working). It deserves its M rating, also, so be cautious.
