Moldy watermelon and close encounters of the teacher kind...

Yes, it was an honest-to-God MOLDY WATERMELON! It was totally disgusting and random at the same time. But yeah, that's the only thing I remember about this morning. Pathetic, I know, but I felt like shit yet again.

Last night, I ended up pulling an extra long shift because of Summer Reading Club kickoff. I had to put voluteens in and out of the Sneaks (the library mascot) suit and get my friend and co-worker Dolly in and out of the Cat in the Hat suit. I had little bits of fur all over my clothes by the time it was done.

Whoever thought furry suits in the middle of summer was a good idea should be shot. I didn't get in either costume, but it made me hot just helping them in and out of them and helping them get around once they were inside. Apparently your vision isn't that good inside the masks/heads.

So had another shift today and I got to pull old, smelly books from the Fairy Tales section. Joy.

Not to mention I saw Sr. Clark. He asked me something in Spanish which really confused me at the same time I had to dart off and do something else. I'm sure I came off as a little rude which sucks because I'm one of the few students who doesn't piss him off. He's my favorite advisor too, even if I don't always understand what he's saying. It was sooo busy and noisy I couldn't even really hear him. I still feel bad though.

Well, I'm off to History of Homicide! Only six more days and I'm free for the summer! Well, except for the four days straight I've got shifts. :(

homework, college, work, random, school
