2. As is usual on all Tuesday nights when there's a new Scrubs, Veronica Mars, and House -- I watched Scrubs. Highlarious, as usual. "I just said slaves to my new black girlfriend!" But now I am not-so-patiently waiting for torrents. Veronica! How I've missed you!
3. I've been having a fabulous social life lately (Accidental trips to Brooklyn! Parties! Plays!), cemented by the decision made just a few hours that this weekend will be the one when hecatehatesthat visits. Just in time for the V-Day Gala.
4. Saw Kinsey with ignited yesterday. Read her journal for my thoughts. But also add in the fact that I am now slightly afraid to watch my Wonderfalls DVDs. William Sadler (Jaye's Dad) plays the sexually, er, interesting fellow in the film. (Still convinced that Sophie Okenedo deserves the Best Supporting Actress nomination.)
5. I am not seeing Tom McRae tonight. Nor am I seeing him next Tuesday, or the one after that. Sigh. Damn you, stupid rules of society!
6. In consolation, I bought myself the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (2-Disc Collector's Edition) DVD, The Jimi Hendrix Experience's Are You Experienced? (kinda hard to listen to it when the only version you have of it is made out of vinyl and 3,000 miles away), and Loretta Lynn's Van Lear Rose (finally!). Oh, and this T-Shirt from eBay.
7. My Battlestar Galactica DVDs still haven't arrived. Nor has my Entertainment Weekly from last week, nor the two back issues I had never received in the first place. This irks me. It worries me.
8. Finally have found a torrent for Carnivale's 1st season (after, like, years?) and am downloading it as we speak. I already have the first 5 eps of this season on Yossarian. Am excited!
...and apparently, incapable of keeping a fandom-oriented LiveJournal anymore. I have to fix this somehow.
