I am thisclose to disinheriting the US Postal Service. Thisclose.
dafnap, do you think there's any possibility you could have written my address incorrectly?
Scoreboard for Wonderfalls DVDs:
Best Buy: Probably still sold out from Tuesday
Circuit City: Actually there -- but for $39.99
Virgin Megastore: Still under the misconception that the set comes out on Saturday
Tower Video: Still haven't got their shipment in yet
I could have bought it at Circuit City, but considering it's selling on Amazon for $27.99, and it's supposed to go for $29.99 at Best Buy, I think I can wait a bit longer. At least I've been getting a nice workout in, walking all around downtown.
(A certain people! Today I went to lunch in a wool cardigan over a plain white kids' tee, jeans, and heeled sandals. Despite the sense of being utterly violated, I was not cold at all!)
My scene went well. A lot better than the first run of last semester's scene did -- and even my scene study teacher said that. In conclusion, yay. Now I can rest for a while.
Speaking of which,
hecatehatesthat, I'm figuring out my schedule the next few weekends, and I hope to see you on AIM tonight so we can discuss our PLANS. Our tricksy, tricksy plans.
I leave you all with the naked torso of Simon Tam, because I got to Objects In Space the other day, in my Rewatching The Series Since My Friend Had The Set For Five Months Extravaganza.
I still think Richard Brooks (Jubal Early) was one of the most talented actors ME has hired. That's called smart casting, unlike, say, putting Djimon Hounsou in a boring villian bit part that could have been played by any Hollywood stiff.
Uh, yes...NAKED! TORSO! CIMONN TAHM!
ETA: Ahh, yes. What I originally meant to post about -- I think we at
snurch_tv killed YSI. I haven't been able to download a complete file since before yesterday. Eep!
