I saw Sideways tonight.

I saw Sideways tonight at Landmark's Canal Place theaters with Michael, Matt, and Carly. It was very good, I really enjoyed all of the green color throughout the film. I thought it was well done, and I enjoyed the storyline as well as the interaction between the two main characters.

Every time I see a movie, I want more and more to go to Film school and become a director / writer-director.

Every time I sit down at the piano and play, or play a show with the band, I want more and more to be a musician, or a music composer for scores of films. (For some reason, a lot of the stuff I write sounds very "soundtrackey" and I feel that I would really enjoy writing scores).

Every time I fiddle with music recording on my computer or somewhere else, I want more and more to become a recording engineer, and open up my own studio and record music all day.

Every time I see something interesting, I want to take a picture of it, and become a photographer.

Every time I read a book, I want to be a writer.

There are so many things I would love to study in school, and it is going to be a hard decision choosing what I am going to do with my life. I feel like every step in one direction I take could be a step further from what I should be doing, or what I would enjoy most.

Oh well. I'm not going to be able to get into most of the colleges I'd like to go to, nor will I be able to afford less picky schools where my lackluster GPA does not matter. Perhaps I will make some money during my first year of college (wherever I end up) and then spend all that on getting to the place or school I belong at. Life is what you make of it, I know, but sometimes I have no idea what to make of mine.
