I don't mean to sound pessimistic here, I still like the friends I'm gonna talk about and they've made my time here a lot easier/better, but here it goes ( Read more... )

You don't need friends who see you as a car ride. But at the same time think of how much time went into the friendships that resulted in the bond that we have. It sucks but maybe you just need to give it time. But on the other hand if they are just using you just leave their punk asses stranded somewhere. Take care and don't take shit just because you are a nice guy.

You're a nice guy that develops an optimism when confronted directly about the situation. Deep down you seem to do it all because you care, and would continue to do it even if it hurt.

It's a hard thing to pull off, leaving yourself so vulnerable to feeling misled and abused.

I'm finding good intermediaries too. Do what you have to do be happy--whatever that might mean to you.

dude. they're being lame. wtf. notcool. i haaated it when kids did it to me last year... probably the main reason i got so many parking tickets... i'd be like no, i don't want to go alone at night, i'll do it tomorrow morning! (and then not wake up)

but yeah. not cool. :(
