Creamy Fish Korma

I didn't love how this turned out. The Korma sauce wasn't at all what I expected. It could have had a lot more flavor. I've actually had a lot of difficulty with this cookbook, as a lot of recipes put watching calories and fat ahead of flavor and re-create traditional tastes in a more "healthy" way. However, I'm dying to learn to cook authentic-tasting Indian meals! At the top, you can see a bit of Methi Paneer which I purchased from India's Sweets and Spices (my favorite lunch spot) on my way home as a back-up, in case the cod didn't work out.
Check out that color though! It was the most day-glo yellow thing I've ever made!
