I added fresh dill instead of dried. Also, I hate the idea of putting bread crumbs in my burgers, but I don't have a lot of experience making turkey patties. So I halved the breadcrumbs. In the end the patties fell apart (could have refridgerated longer, I suppose) and they were way too delicate. They lacked the "heft" I like from a burger. So next time I'm trying the breadcrumbs.
