Yeah, there’s no way I can talk about this movie without spoilers. This entire review is going to be cut. And just so you know, you’re probably going to see some of these jokes again. So, if you only want to do this once, you might want to wait.

Did you hear about the deleted scene? It's got Tia and Davy explaining this thing the changes the ending... I won't say more in case you don't want to know/already know and then I'd look dumb repeating it...

::ears perk:: What's this about a deleted scene? Please share with me - anything that makes the ending less upsetting is welcome news indeed!

the deleted scene said something about if the captain of the flying dutchman's lover stays faithful to him for 10 years he will be freed from the curse.. and when davy jones returned after 10 years tia dalma wasnt there. so that also means that because elizabeth returned after 10 years [scene at the end] will is released from the curse.
im not really sure if thats true or not, but thats what ive heard

I've heard it too, and it makes good sense, so I think it's true.

This curse has SO MANY addendums. It's like it was written by a lawyer or something. In the fine print: "If the captain of the Flying Dutchman pats his head and rubs his belly at the same time, he becomes both immortal AND MADE OF COTTON CANDY."

Teehee! Maybe because it's really late and really tired, but that really made me giggle.

I did hear about it, and I'm kind of disappointed they took it out. Without it, the ending is still pretty tragic (um, even though Elizabeth did not appear to be aging at all). And it does make Davy look at least a little more sympathetic.

um...i dont think that scene was 10 years later, i think it was right after the end of the battle since they were wearing the exact same clothes...so i think maybe it was the beginning of the 10 year sentence...also, do you think it would barbossa would wait 10 years before stealing the ship from jack? cuz i dont...

I'm talking about the scene after the credits, not the last scene before the credits.
