Scariest Painting Ever
WOW 2 posts back to back! I must be trying to make up for those months I skipped *shifty eyes*
Today Is art dump day. I promised myself I would start painting more. Ever since graduation I've been letting my skills slip and not been doing anything all day. Not designing, not painting, not drawing NOTHING. I painted this one this week, and it's horrible but time to get back in the saddle I guess. Practice makes perfect? Lets hope so or I am going to be posting a lot of shitty paintings.
I decided to start off easy with a portrait of Nino. The reference picture I used was a nice black and white one, where he looked a little angsty and a little mysterious and for some reason I felt the need to paint it as dark and grungy and sloppy and scary as possible. Be prepared he looks ready to cut a bitch:
Ahhhhh.... maybe not quite that much, it seems Nino does not approve of this painting. Sorry Neen, I didn't mean to destroy your face it just happened that way...
