holiday fun
jay picked up ktv and me yesterday, and we hung out at his place while our apple crumb pie finished baking in his stove. then we were off to his parent's place further on the island. nice to hang out and get stuffed, watch movies and such.
katya, jay's mom is a *nice* nurse. so when i asked if i could possibly shadow her, pick up what to do on my rotations so i won't be a complete eejit, she said i could. but then she one upped it by saying she'll ask some of the nice docs in her hospital that like teaching if they'd like a student to shadow them. nice!
we hung out a bit at jay's again, and fred and linwood stopped by. around 11, when the traffic was all gone, jay drove us home. i called izzy then, and we should be hanging out today, since i haven't seen him since... well, i can't even remember, it's been that long. ktv doesn't want to go, since the MCAT's are coming up too soon, and he needs to study. so it's just izzy and me, prolly shopping or something. i'm going to be good, dammit. no more new clothes for me. or books. even tho i read chobits volumes 1-3 last night, all in one shot. grrrr. now i want more manga!! just when i need to save up my money. grrr.
anywho, it's nice out, i'm on break, and i just got an e-mail from judith saying she'll send me tox stuff when she gets it. and al (from skool) also failed, tho he's trying to take it early since he's getting surgery done next tuesday. poor guy. :(
