I tried to deliberately NOT take the Antivert this morning. (Yes, still taking it every day...) Two weeks ago, I forgot and did well until walking around back and forth doing yardwork. This morning, all the up and down picking up after Maddy and doing house chores kicked the vertigo back into gear. :(
