(no subject)
Quickie note before I head off home.
The houses we were scheduled to see were all about the eh. But the realtor that took us around on Saturday was an associate of our usual one, and she had an open house scheduled at 1. So we stopped by even tho it was listed for $349k, and it was absolutely PERFECT. sigh. someone put in an offer for $340k, and we still haven't heard back from the mortgage lady about what our upper limit is. But we're gonna work on the slightly-above-$300k range, since the under-$300k range doesn't have what we want. either the houses are too small or they need tons of work we can't afford just yet. so we'll see how the house hunting goes.
J and I also mainlined Heroes eps. we've seen 1-10, so we're not quite caught up to tonight's ep. but Monday is also movie night anyway, so it's all good. I love this show, and it certainly makes more sense when it's seen in order. ;)
and i'm just tired today. not a lot of sleep over the weekend and tons to do. off to head home...
