Having Craig home has been such a relief. We had a belated Valentines on Friday, going into San Francisco to have dinner and see Sting in "The Last Ship," the musical Sting wrote a few years back. Oh, no, I can see how that can be misread. I'm going to edit my post as soon as I comment here. Craig didn't write it. Sting wrote it a few years ago.

My sister and I saw "The Last Ship" on Broadway in 2014, when Sting was appearing in it. It was a decent show, with a good libretto. However, it was not a success on Broadway except when Sting was there. It is my impression that Broadway theater goers prefer juke box musicals and only like plays with more serious themes if there is a big star in the cast.
