OCC is Bullshit...

So Kev and I get messages today saying our Thursday math class was cancelled. Yeah, 2 days notice. Sure, there's 8 openings in another class, but they give us no time and what if they didn't fit the schedule? I went ahead and signed up for it even though I already missed it yesterday because I would owe financial aid back if I didn't. I'm not sure what Kev is going to do, if he just sticks with 3 classes and gets even more behind (B/c next semester he is only taking the 2 science classes, while I still plan on taking 4. At this rate, I'll be done with all my math credits before he takes this class). I hope I can get caught up, since it is a 4 hour class that might be hard, but hopefully since it was the first day they didn't do much, but last semester we did a whole chapter the 1st day. Sigh, I wish I could've known last week... that would have been nice.

I saw a lot of kids there in the same situation and it just really bothers me that they would do that to so many people.

EDIT: Ok Kev does have the class, but it was an exhausting process. First he called and the guy said he had to schedule in person, not online (which was false, since we knew the class had an opening already.) So he did that, but accidentally signed up for one at the same time at the Auburn Hills campus because he wasn't paying attention. Then after 5:30 he called to confirm that we had the same class, and figured out what he did, so he had to rush to OCC before it closed at 6 to fix it, but he didn't make it in time because he only had ten minutes and that's impossible, esp with rush hour traffic. So, after our class which seemed to take forever, we went home and I did it for him online. Piece of cake...
