“Myung, breakfast is ready~ Get your lazy ass up now!” Myungsoo heard Sunggyu yelled from the kitchen.

“Okay, okay I’m up.” He grunted and headed towards the kitchen.

“You’re late for work, you know?” Sunggyu said as he set the plates on the table.

After hearing that, Myungsoo frantically run around the house, kissed Sunggyu goodbye, and left.

Sunggyu just shook his head and chuckled to himself as he ate alone.

Myungsoo along with Sunggyu have been living happily after their encounter with Woohyun, and it was going well so far. Sunggyu didn’t bother retrieving his mansion and other stuffs, they’re not really important anymore, he says.

“Woohyun,” Hoya called, but the figure lying on the bed didn’t even budge.

“Woohyun.” He tried again, but received no response.

Woohyun had been like this for the past few weeks, refusing to eat anything, not talking to anyone but himself, and he hasn’t washed up since that day. He’s just lying on the bed like a corpse; the only difference is that he’s still breathing.

“You’re such a coward. You shouldn’t let this kind of things get over you.” Hoya said, turning towards the door and was about to leave when Woohyun spoke, his mouth only parting slightly.

“I’m not… In fact… I’ve done the bravest thing in my life… letting go of someone I love… but as I’ve done my bravest thing, I never felt weaker… all I could do is breakdown and cry… and wish that I was never that brave…” Woohyun’s words were weak and melancholic.

For Woohyun to answer him was a fortunate happening, a miracle. Maybe Woohyun won’t respond for the second time if Hoya says something again, but it was worth a shot right?

“Just move on.”

“No… I just… can’t forget everything that fast…” Woohyun replied still staring off into space.

This is an entirely rare moment; Woohyun was finally involving himself into a conversation after refusing for so long. This is exactly what he need - someone to answer his questions.

“Moving on doesn’t mean that you have to forget about things. It just means that you have to accept what happened and continue living. And this,” Hoya eyed Woohyun’s current state, “this is not even close to ‘living’.”

“…not close to ‘living’…?” Woohyun whispered.

“Yes. You heard me. Now, if you want to continue living, eating is your first step. The next would be washing up, you stink. I wouldn’t allow you to stop living, alright?” Hoya then went out.

“Myung, I’ll be safe. It’s not like I’m going in a war or something.” Sunggyu chuckled through the phone.

“Yes, but you’re going to Woohyun. It’s kinda same.”

“Seriously? Hoya’s there. He can control him if he tries to do something. Come on, be positive on this. Please?” Sunggyu pouted, “I just want to visit him, and it has been a while since the last time I saw him.”

“Okay.” Myungsoo groaned.

“Thank you! I love you so much Myung!” Sunggyu squealed earning chuckles from the other line.

“Yeah, you’re welcome. I love you too. Be safe.”

“Mother… Why did you left me… You said that we’ll be together… forever… but you left me alone… if you did otherwise… I might have been different. I might haven’t become a monster… hurting Sunggyu like that… I just don’t want to… be alone again…” Woohyun whispered.

“Sunggyu? What are you doing here?”

Hoya asked the man in front door of the mansion.

“Hoya, I… came to visit Woohyun.”

Sunggyu said.

“Is that so? Well… Okay. Come in. Is Myungsoo with you?”

Hoya asked again as he walked with Sunggyu towards Woohyun’s room.

“No. He’s working.” Sunggyu replied, eyeing the stuffs inside the mansion.

Oh, how he missed everything in there.

“…not close to living huh…” Woohyun mumbled as he reached for the gun hidden in the secret drawer in his bed.

“Now I know who’s the guy in your relationship.”

Hoya joked, earning a light punch on his shoulder.

“You know, Woohyun’s a mess since you chose to live with Myungsoo.”

He added.

“…might as well kill myself then…” Woohyun murmured, pointing the gun close to his head.

“He’s inside. Just scream or anything if he does something funny.”

Hoya said, patting Sunggyu’s back,

“I’ll just stay here outside.”

But before Sunggyu can open the door, a loud gunshot was heard.

Silence.

Hoya opened the door - Sunggyu was too dazed at the moment - and a crying Woohyun was seen.

“There’s no bullets right? I told you, I wouldn’t allow you to stop living.”
