Title: Embrace Me Forever
Pairing: Sakuraiba (alternate with Sho's other personality)
Genre: Angst, Comedy, Romance
Rating: PG15 (For Now)
Length: Multichapter
Summary: They had broken up for five years while having feeling still dangling inside of them. For five long years Aiba had been trying to put the past behind but due to unexpected circumstances, they met again. This time, it's not only Sho that he has to face, but also the two other mysterious personalities inside of Sho. Worse, Aiba was caught up in the 'triangular' love between Sho and his devilish alternate personality, Mimura.
A/N: Actually this fanfic is inspired and adapted here and there from the dramaKill Me Heal Me. Please pardon some of the similarities. Though, it might not be that interesting since I am really quite an amateur in writing especially when it comes to this psychologically thingy. Please bear with the illogical part. Anyhow, I'm just gonna let my imagination run wild while shipping my fave Sakuraiba as I write this story.
I overlap the character of Mimura Takuya and Yoshimoto Koya (I chose to use Mimura Takuya's name though since I like him).
Sho's eyes opened wide as if woken up from a deep trance. The sweat on his body was a lot and his body felt warm. His hand trembled as he wiped off his sweat. His eyes darted towards the clock next to his bed. 10.00 p.m. . Definitely an episode. The last time he remembered was 8.00 a.m. when his head suddenly hurt as he looked through his old pictures that he found while unpacking his things.
He held his ear to confirm. A cold metal could be felt.
"Mimura…"
Just then he heard sound came from his kitchen. It must be Jun. He rushed out of the room only to be too stunned to move as he realized the familiar figure. Not Jun. It was…
"Aiba-chan!"
Aiba who was stirring the coffee in his mug jumped at the sudden mention of his name, "Ahh…d…dare? Mimura-san?"
"Sho…" Aiba heaved a sigh of relief, "What are you doing here? How did you get inside."
"How did you think I get in?" Aiba sipped his coffee and sat down at the dining chair.
SIX HOURS EARLIER
Knock Knock….
"Come in…" Aiba said as he flickered through the medical record of his next patient. Kazama, who also happened to be the head nurse as well as one of his best friend came in, bringing him a cup of coffee, "Ah…you shouldn't have. Thank you."
"It's good to see you back after a while. The customer misses you. There's no other doctor that could deal with their pampered pet like you do. We also miss you. Did you get into trouble with Shimura-san?"
Aiba smiled, "Maa ne…A three hours scolding. Of course a month worth of unpaid overtime."
"I thought you'd never return. Jaa…sensei, are you ready for your first patient after a while? And maybe after work we could go for a drink. My treat."
"Gomen-ne Kazapon…remember, overtime! And also Nino had been strict about my alcohol level these days. He's checking it every single day without fail."
Work is the next best thing to keep his mind off Sho, since Nino had put a stop to his drinking for a while. Whatever Sho's problem with his D.I.D. is none of his concern. They are over and meeting him last time was a mistake.
"Ano…Aiba-san…" Kazama entered his room, "There's someone who…wanted to meet you…"
"Eh, dare?" he said as he sanitized his hand after the small surgery.
"Ano…a Sho-look alike."
"Sho look alike? What do you mean Sho look al…masaka…did he…mention his name?"
"M…Mimura…" Aiba heart almost dropped. When did that name became so terrifying to him, "Demo ne, they really look like the same person, if it wasn't for that pierce. Man, I tell you, he looks 10 times better with that pierce."
"Urusei! Tell him I am busy. Strictly patient only! Animals only!"
"But he insisted on seeing you…"
"I'll get in trouble with Shimura-san. Now call in the next patient."
As Kazama left, Aiba heaved a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, the moment was short-lived. Mimura barged into the room straight towards him. What Kazama said was true. He did look 10x better than Sho especially today in his all black outfit and the pierce.
"M…Mimura!"
"Ah…the day when you finally called out my name." Mimura held his hand, "Jaa…let's go celebrate…"
Furious, Aiba pushed Mimura's hand, "You really do things as you please, do you. You have no consideration for others. I am over Sho and I am also over with anything that has something to do with him. I don't care if you are Mimura or Sho or whoever…stop treating me like the whole world revolves around you. I am tired of you guys coming in and out of my life as you please!"
"Are you finish?" a smirk appeared on his face.
"W…wel…well do you think there's more that I should say? Anyway, I am working now and I don't want to get into trouble with my enchou. So…"
"Then work…"
"Huh? You're going?"
Mimura neared Aiba's face till they were at the same eye level. His devilish smirk made Aiba's stomach went quesy. He swallowed the lump of nervousness built up inside of him, "I just ask you to work. I didn't say that I want to go." He pecked a kiss on Aiba's lips before he sat cross legged on the chair in front of Aiba's table.
For two hours Aiba couldn't concentrate on his work with Mimura staring intensely at him. Luckily there were no other surgery cases today. Even the customer and Kazama couldn't help but get distracted by his presence in the room. Ironically, the owner of the pet were entranced by Mimura's charm. They couldn't kept their eyes off him as he flashed them with his killer smile.
"Don't tell me you are going to sit there all day."
"I don't see any problem with it."
"Aaaarghh!" Aiba suddenly smashed his files on the table startling Mimura, "I've had enough!" He called in Kazama to transfer the other patients to another doctor. He knew that he's going to get in a really big trouble with Shimura Enchou, but he couldn't help it.
Mimura was really breaking his nerve. Resistance is futile with this kind of guy.
Too afraid that something bad might happen, Aiba even changed his uniform inside the toilet. Locked. Double checked.
"What is it that you won't leave me alone. When are you going to return Sho's body to him." Aiba said as he tightened the seatbelt.
"Do you really think that I would voluntarily give that guy this body? If I could control it, I would have taken over this body permanently."
Aiba gulped. Maybe he shouldn't have asked, "where are we going?"
"Chiba"
"Chiba?! Why?"
"I want to eat at your parent's restaurant." Aiba panicked.
"Why?"
"I just want to eat your parent's cooking…I just told you. And I could also give my greeting since we haven't met for so long." Mimura answered nonchalantly.
"You haven't met them at all…" Aiba whispered to himself. This is bad. He can't let his parent see Sho like this. He needed to think fast.
"J..ja...jaa…how about I cooked some pasta at your house. I…I've been learning how to cook, so…could you taste it for me?"
Mimura thought for a while. Aiba clasped his hand secretly praying that Mimura would accept his offer. This is the only way he could prevent Sho's problem from being discovered by too many people.
Unexpectedly. Mimura let out a smirk, "Do you really think that I don't know what you're thinking?" Aiba gulped, "Maa ne, I could do more dangerous things to you at home. Should we go shopping first?" At that, Mimura swiftly u-turned his car towards a nearby supermarket.

"Ne, Nino…what are you so mad about?" Ohno trailed behind Nino who tried to ignore him.
"I am not mad."
"Yes you are! You are ignoring me."
"If I am ignoring you, I wouldn't be talking to you right now and responding to every single question you are asking." Nino said reaching for a bottle of shoyu.
Ohno cut in front of him and stopped him from going forward, "Are you mad at me because I brought you the tuna?" Nino sighed,
"You don't have to be troubled. I will do all the slicing and cooking. You know I make the best fish sashimi." He flashes his smug smile.
Nino couldn't help but smile back, "Ne, let me ask you one thing…you were gone for a week and you came to see me just to show me your caught fish?"
Ohno nodded, "Should there be other reasons?"
"Maa maa…tsk….you were born slow at these things. No point of getting angry at you." Nino sighed.
"So you are angry! Why…" Nino stopped him and pulled him behind the shelves, "Nani?"
"SSShhhh…isn't that?" Nino pointed at a couple of man at the counter.
"Aiba-chan and Sho-chan!" Ohno proclaimed.
"Why are they together? And since when did Sho pierced his ears?"
"He did…when he was in school."
Nino dialled Aiba's number which he could see Aiba answering from the distance, "Ne, where are you?"
"I…I…am working." Nino could see the anxiety formed on Aiba's delicate face, "Shimura enchou asked me to take on unpaid overtime. I'm busy…I…better get going. We'll talk later."
"He hung up on me!" Nino eyes filled with dissatisfaction, "I'm going to have some 'talk session' with that guy. Just you wait."
"You look scary!" Ohno said before he followed Nino to the other side of the store to avoid being seen by Aiba.

It was after dinner when Mimura unexpectedly slithered his hand around Aiba's waist while Aiba was doing his dishes. The action shocked Aiba that he almost felt back only to be caught in Mimura's arm. He quickly stood up backing away at the edge of the sink. He couldn't get away. Mimura's arms were blocking him. Slowly Mimura approached closer and closer. Aiba turned his face away as he tried to avoid the eye contact. His heart couldn't take it.
"You shouldn't waste water…" Mimura said as he turned off the tap.
"Huh…" Aiba opened his eyes surprised by the closeness of the two of them.
"Got you." Mimura stole a kiss from Aiba. He swept off Aiba from the floor and carried him into the room to Aiba's dismay. He kept on twisting and pushing to show his protest, but Mimura was stronger.
He threw him on the bed and pinned his arm. He was on top of him, looking at him with the devilish grin he wish he could wash away. Their eyes locked at each other. He slowly leaned closer and closer. No matter how his head was screaming to turn away, he couldn't. For a moment, he actually felt excited at the thrill Mimura was giving him, and he hated himself for that. That was one delirious moment he kept trying to shrug off as Mimura went closer and closer.
There's something about this man…sou da…Sho…because the man in front of him…although with the different eyes and style….despite the name he called himself…. he is still Sho. The Sho that he could never forget.
He was at the verge of giving in when Mimura flopped next to him, "Just kidding." He said while laughing.
"Is this funny to you?" Aiba pulled himself up but Mimura pulled him back on the bed right into his embrace.
"Stay for a while…you know my time is not long. I wish this moment could last forever."
Aiba protest died out and he fell into silence. This Mimura really isn't as bad as he thought. One part of him enjoy the attention he got from Mimura. The attention he had been longing from Sho. That was when he realized the album with pictures of Sho and him together as well as some old photos of Sho's parents on the floor.
"Ne, Mimura…what's that album doing there?"
"I think Sho-chan was looking at it when Kamiyama appeared."
"Kamiyama?"
"Ahh…I think you met him once at the hospital. Sho's other personality. He's the personality Sho created to bear all his sorrow and agony. That guy...That way, he could live the way he is now…without remembering the pain he had gone through. That guy's got it easy by creating us…"
"What about you?"
"What about me?"
"What are you created off?"
"Ah ah…are you getting more interested about me?"
Aiba face turned red, "Stop thinking too much…jaa, what are you created from?"
"Two reasons…anger and the second one which is the most important is…..," Mimura paused glancing at Aiba.
"Eh, nani nani?"
Mimura smiled at him, "Maybe I'll tell you later. Now keep quiet and just let me embrace you." He tightened his embrace.

"He kissed you?! Three times?!" Sho exclaimed, "Are you sure he didn't do anything funny to you?"
Aiba was surprised, "I…I am not that weak ok. I know my…I mean our limit. Why do you care if he kiss me or not?"
Sho stuttered, "W…we..well…firstly, this is my body…."
"Ah…right…" Aiba seemed disappointed. What was he hoping for. He took his bag, "I better get going. I don't how you are going to do it, but you seriously need to stop Mimura from coming to my clinic. I'd get in trouble."
"Ah about that…I will talk to Shimura about it." Sho said guiltily.
"Must be hard is it, waking up not remembering anything you did…" Aiba said. This time the coldness in his voice melted, "There's some leftover pasta in the fridge if you are still hungry, though I doubt it. You might be different personality, but your stomach and your appetite are totally the same."
Just as Aiba was going out, the sound of door bell greeted them and much to their surprise, it was Ayame, Sho's fiancee to be. An air of awkwardness filled the room. Aiba immediately excused himself and left.
"Sho-kun…I have been trying to…"
"Excuse me..." Without explaining, he rushed towards Aiba with an umbrella on his hand.
"Aiba chan!" Aiba turned his body to the familiar voice. His heart skipped a beat at the sight of Sho running towards him in the rain,
"You need to look after yourself more. Take care of your body. Stop drinking just to keep things off your head. Most importantly, can't
you smile like you use too? Please return to the Aiba-chan I knew. Didn't you say that because you smile, good things happens? Even if you hate me, show me that you can live happily without me!" Sho handed him the umbrella.
Aiba eyes went teary, "you actually remember it…"
"Huh?"
"Mou…you sounded like Nino when you scold me. I already had my share of scolding from Enchou and Nino… Now its from you…Wakatta…" He took the umbrella from Sho. A smile finally drawn on his face as he left Sho looking at him from behind. He stopped for a moment, "Sho-chan!"
"Eh?"
"I don't really hate you!" He shouted before he left leaving Sho puzzled, "I can't hate you…" he said it softly to himself.
