Late-night games
Thank goodness it's friday because I've stayed up way to late this week watching TV. farscape, baseball. all have run too late. Looking forward to sleeping in tomorrow. 8:00am woohoo!
I know not everyone likes baseball but it's really good right now, adn the series is looking even better. The interesting thing is that this will be the 3rd time that the Cardinals and Red Sox will be meeting up in a world series. It should be a good match up considering their past history together, and, if I'm correct, it's been about 20 years for both teams since they've even been to a series.
Just remember though, the curse is not about beating the Yankees, it's about winning the world series.
All this Yankee hoopla (yes I just used that word) is silly. The Sox have beaten the Yankees since 1918. They've had better seasons and have been a better team throughout the years. They haven't, however, won a series. and that's what it really all comes down to.
On a side note, I feel bad for the Astros, so close, yet so far. Poor team's never even been to a series.
