Um... Wow...
So, y'know, I was talking just a bit ago with Laynie about how stupid people can be.
I went to see if the Daybreak finale was up to watch, and it wasn't; so I went hunting for information on what the hell is going on with it. I ran into an older article about it that also segued into the fact that Fox cancelled 'The OC.' Then I stopped and stared at the user comments as the whole of humanity (and the last couple of days) came rushing in at me in one simple statement.
"I can't believe 'The OC' is ending. It is the best show since '90210'."
...
The one right after it... well, I'm desperately clinging to the idea that it was a joke. Had to be a joke. Has all of the earmarks of a joke. Except that it's missing some 1's in with the punctuation. But still... *nodnodnod* Must be a joke. It would be so much less sad if I didn't fully believe the first statement was meant.
"I sure Hope that thE CW will pick up the OC for season 5. This show is my LIFE. Without the OC, mY life will end. Do you kNow how many peoplE agree with me?!?! A whole fricken lot! So, thatS pretty much it, except Fox is like the gun in my hand and when the OC airS its final epIsode, that will be the trigger bEing pulled onto my skull."
