Notepad Thoughts
Via Peter Chataway, Roger Ebert discusses the favorite movies of the candidates. McCain comes off as a bit of a movie buff, though consider that he was in his teenage years when some of his favorite movies came out. Obama's seem...calculated if you ask me.
Yesterday I saw one gas station down the road going for 3.99, then another going for 3.69, which was naturally building a bit of a line. I don't know that I've noticed two gas stations that close to each other being 30 cents different, though I must admit I don't look for that sort of thing. I have seen gas stations across the street from each other where one was ten cents cheaper, which left me wondering if the people going to the slightly more expensive one had some kind of motivation behind the fiscally questionable act, or if they didn't want to make a left turn on that road or something.
Watching nfl games via internet gamecast is painful. Now I'm going to be looking to catch highlights of the Colts comeback on the Vikings all week.
