It's really hard to talk about the show without referencing the books because they're so closely one-to-one related. And so many people who're watching the show have read the books (A LOT). I don't WANT to spoil you, but I almost don't even know how not to.

Let's put it this way, i accept that random spoilage will likely occur, but I'm going to be noticing who is and isn't a douchebag about spoilers, particularly major ones. It's not hard to put stuff behind a cut, and anyone who tries to argue about 'oh, that's not *really* a spoiler so screw you for asking me to cut it' gets put on my naughty list.

Yes, I agree completely about that. My commentary was more about when fic starts being written. I figure future book spoilers will happen in fic and cause people to flip out.
