I haven't consistently weighed 120 lbs. since I was 14. I've recently been seeing that number on the scale on a consistent basis, and don't really know how to feel about it.

Back when I was 14, I had no conception of the fear of being fat, impressing girls, or looking nice for a boy because I was mostly an athlete who used her body for sports. I've fought with losing weight for the majority of a decade, since I started undergrad and stopped swimming competitively. I suppose I'm not fat anymore, but I don't know how to behave like someone who wants to maintain her weight. I also still feel fat, even though I know I'm definitely a healthy weight.

We'll see how I adjust.
