All that planning for nothing....
FUCKKKKKKKKKKK. AGAIN. I already ordered my books from Asahiya already. ;_: Maybe if I can't get the D.Gray-man KanAre doujinshi anthology (they didn't even check if they had that although I checked your Japanese website and one of their sister stores have it), maybe... just maybe I can get this. It's BANYU. BANYU should be brought and stuff. Oh god, how did this went under my radar? It just came out this week (despite jpqueen's info). Maybe when I get my unemployment insurance... but I'll feel like a leech since I decided to use it for necessities (and the LOL, using state money to buy pretty porny stuff). Plus I wanted to buy some other stuff like
this Tokidoki bag. Cute, ain't it? Plus these bags are the last of its kind too. Ugh, why does these situations always happen to me? Plus I already brought 7 doujinshi anthologies without thinking about HOW TO HIDE THEM. Yeah, my family's a bit homophobic and this is one secret I HAVE to keep because they won't understand nor will they try to.
Ugh, sounding too much like a teenager here.
Yeeeeeeeah, it's time to move out soon, hopefully when I get a job, apply for grad school and afterwards have my own apartment. I dunno, it just I'm not staying in this house another year. I feel kinda pathetic at 24 and living with my mom (although for good reason since high NYC rent is HIGH). I could take advantage that the housing market is unstable and can find a nice house in a decent part of Brooklyn or Queens with my close college friends.
I think my mom is catching on. I hope against all hope that it was me who dropped the 8059 doujin I was planning to scanlate (thank god it was worksafe) on my floor yesterday. I don't remember dropping it either. Oh shit.
In the meanwhile, I might as well scan the Comic Box Junior Magazines I have then throw them away. I only brought them for the Reborn and D. Gray-man stuff anyway. Also one of them had Kichiku Megane (god, I love that game, I have to buy the B-Boy Magazine this month and the month before last for the latest chapters) and Togainu no Chi. Although they do have awesome information about circles and what they have available at a certain event or leftovers from them. But the magazine is a bit pricey ($11.20 after import prices).
I'm thinking of selling a lot of my stuff to be honest. Like some of my Imagine FX magazines. I prolly can fetch nice price for them since they're crazy popular and always completely sold out after a couple months ($7.50/each is a nice deal since they will come without the CD, and you can download that stuff on the site). And I realize that I still have some of my sister's Berserk manga. LMAO. I'm thinking of selling my Negima too, I don't think I will follow it anymore (I really collected it for the Setsuna/Konoka moments and the occasional fun plot but I was immensely bored with the School Festival Arc that I lost a lot motivation to collect the rest of the series). And I might as well, dump all my Teen Vogue collection (I have every issue until December 2007) except three issues. Dump the manga that I won't be going past the first volume too. I'm definitely going to sell off my Full Metal Alchemist and that gag Pirates of the Caribbean that my ex-boyfriend-now-friend-again brought me. That should free up alot of space for new things.
Bah. I think about Spring Cleaning later. Too tired.
I also brought the tenth volume of the Trinity Blood mango. Yes, finally a new volume with some cute yuri-ish scenes [if you have your yuri googles] with Shera and Esther; the boy Pope Alex finally appears, looking down MOE; and MOAR BROTHER PETRO! Fuck yes, Kujou, even though your character designs for
the first Zoku Sayonara Zetsubou-sensei ending was fucking awesome, I wish I didn't have to wait 8 months for this volume to come out.
Irk, I realize I have A LOT of manga to collect soon too. Especially Kuroshitsuji. Crap.
In real life news, it was hectic at the Job Fair at the Radisson in Midtown Manhattan today. There was so many people there! I went to this kinda thing before by the same people (Monster.com) and it was barely any people there. And, my god, it was slim pickings there if you didn't work at sales or health industries... I managed to apply for three jobs and I got an e-mail for a temp job today. I'm just hoping I would get some work soon, I'm tired of this damn job hunt already. This is why I stayed at my shitastic job for 2 years.
Well, the good thing is I went to Asahiya to order my doujinshi~! I seriously think those people think of me as a pervert because half the time I got there is to buy BL. LMAO.
Bah, I'm sleep now and I have to get up for more job hunting. HALP.
Also, I really need stop being lazy and scanlate those Reborn doujin already. Sheesh.
