(no subject)
I just got back from Grand Junction (GJ). It was a 4 hour drive and it did about 1/4 of it in the dark, so i am pretty wiped out. The weekend was fun, but there were a few bumpy spots: like when i told Michael i wanted to come back to denver tonight versus tomorrow morning. He got really mad b/c he thought i didn't want to spend time w/ him, which wasn't the case at all. So, we talked about it and settled our differences, and here i am TADA!!! We went hiking (i use that term loosely-we actually just went for a walk) up in the mountains, watched movies (ocean12 and feverpitch) hung out w/ the ppl i was staying w/, and went sight seeing in the mountains. The road we took back down from the mountains was really steep and full of hairpicurves. I couldn't watch b/c felt like we were gonna go over the edge...all in all, it was a good time. We even went bowling and he tried to teach me how to bowl straight...im hopeless. I think my highest score was a 71...maybe a little lower? idk. Tomorrow im gonna go to church and try to be social...we'll see how that goes. Im gonna go figure out my clothes for tomorrow...and check my e-mail...~
