Just came back from the gym and feeling like something made out of soft dough :-P There's this class called Body Balance which combines elements of Tai-Chi, Yoga, and other meditative disciplines, and I decided to attend today because I was feeling quite stiff and made of creaky joints. I found that it's an excellent place to be mentally planning
