2 days and 5 days to go....
2 days and counting to Ethan's official birthday!! It's an exciting yet scary time. I almost can't believe that a year ago today I was still pregnant....crazy stuff! He is growing up so fast I can barely keep up! When I think of how much he has changed in such a short amount of time it baffles me!
Tomorrow we are going down to visit Kylie and Marcie. Since the babes share a birthday we thought we would have them celebrate a day early together! Thursday I am getting my hair done through one of Ethan's naps because we are going out for dinner that night with him for his big birthday! My parents have asked us to go since my dad had to miss out on his party, he is so sick with a lung infection and he was worried that until the antibiotics were really in his system that he would make Ethan sick too. So we're doing that.
It's bitter sweet really though. I can't believe how fast time has flown by. Tomorrow is the last official day of my maternity leave. I am official back to work but on vacation on Thursday and friday and then I have to actually go to work on Monday :(. SOOOOOO not looking forward to Monday. Though I have Ethan and Joel coming to have lucnh with me so it gives me something to look forward to. I also have to work with this chick named rebecca who is my mortal enemy. I fucking hate her, I trained with her and she is the cruelest person in the world and she is now my superior so it should be interesting none the less. All my old management team is gone so it's gonna be quite the change. I really wish everyone could have stayed put so it wouldn't have been such a shock to go back!
