Well most of the packing is complete
But the overall box count of the movers has me second guessing how they documented everything. There are boxes with no stickered numbers and items that they just seem to have overlooked in their haste to rush over to another customer's house. Me and my guy are going to have to make our own inventory list tonight just to be safe and double check. The movers were a delight to talk to but don't piss a sista off by messing with her possessions.
I guess I am going to have to make a pile of all the things that were overlooked just to ensure that it does get included and counted when they load up tomorrow morning.
To my surprise my husband agreed to pick up some items from Walmart for me on his way home from Louisville. However, I see that it is taking him forever just because of this detour. I only asked for three items, one of which was a suggestion not a must have. MEN!! SMILE
This time around we will be living in a hotel for a period that I pray does not last longer than 60 days. Trying to get military housing is a trip!!!! So far, housing does not even have a record our housing application, submitted this past Friday. Geez, we made a phone call so hopefully someone will get back to us shortly. The wait is still 30-60 days and the man I spoke to said that this is the shortest of the wait-list schedules.
I am hopeful and in constant prayer for us and everyone, shoot, including the state of our country and those affected by us.
