SHOUJO IS KILLING ME RN
Okay, so I guess this manga wants to see me dead, I cannot not posting about it anymore. Or about shoujo in general, because some people just really gets on my nerves on tumblr xDDD
So about Hirunaka no Ryuusei. HOW MUCH I LOVE IT, OH MY GOD. If I could afford it, I definitely would buy the whole series, CAUSE I NEED IT, but like hell. Not funny anymore. I guess the last shoujo I was in love with this much... gaah, maybe Chobits. Or Zettai Kareshi. It's just perfect.
I mean SHISHIO SATSUKI. Marry me baby, you are a perfect human being, because you know you are a coward, and actually you are saying out loud that you are a coward. I love you so much.
Then, Mamura. You are a damn Daiki, OFC YOU ARE PERFECT. I so wanted to not like you, but I just can't. Come on boy, just how cute you are? I can't not ship you with Suzume at all, even if I tried my best. /even though, I still want her to end up with Satsuki. Sorry/
And, of course, Suzume. That girl. I love her so much, because she is actually brave. She is brave. And I adore that. I like the way she does her stuffs, I don't have this secondhand embarrassment when she's acting at all, and that's good. I love her. A lot. I guess that's why I won't really be disappointed, if the story will end with a happy ever after with her and Daiki. Cause this is her story after all, so it's just natural that I want her to be happy, and if that happiness is Daiki, I can't say a single word.
Actually it's fun to read it in original Japanese, also really good for my kanji skills. Oh gawd. I'm really waiting for the new chapter now...................
And actually there is this thing that pisses me off like hell. Readers are just forgetting, that these stories aren't about the boys, but actually about the girl. That's why we call them "shoujo". Okay, I read this stuff about Yumemiru Taiyou /that is also a masterpiece, believe me!!/, that they hate the main character because she isn't in love with the boy they like, and how she fell in love with the second guy after a first one. Come on, guys! If you don't like the plot, don't read it anymore, but if you don't read it, you don't even have the right to criticize it. About Yumemiru Taiyou, actually I really like Shimana, because it's true that she had a crush on Asahi, but the way she recognized that it was only a cursh it's just the cutest thing ever. Also that they became really close friends with Asahi, and that she never ever forgot to cheer him up, and support him. It wasn't the one real true love and they know it, because life is going on like this. AND. COME ON. What's with this shit? Why should a 16 years-old-girl marry her first love, why can't she just have a new love? Is that really no good? WHERE THE HELL DOES YOU LIVE MAN, IN THE 18th CENTURY? The Shimana-Zen thing. I love Zen. I do love him, he is a really good character. BUT. Hate Shimana, just because she didn't went out with him? What the actual fuck. I mean, Zen was the one who was clinging on her, and they cleard like 1000000 times that Shimana is not in love with him, but consider Zen as a really close friend. And Zen was okay with that, like really, he said it OUT LOUD. HE EVEN HELPED OUT HER WITH HER LOVE. So saying that Shimana is mean to Zen is way too much. Or what? Would it be better if they aren't talking to each other, or Shimana should just show the cold shoulder to Zen, or just send him away? I don't think so. Yeah it was a one-sided love, but also a real friendship between the them. So stop blaming Shimana. Also about Taiga and Shimana. Yeah, Taiga can't really handle women. And maybe Shimana is a bit clichéd. But. I was thinking about it, and maybe that's the reason. Because girls like Shimana would never ever betray the guy they love, and Taiga exactly needs that one thing. Trust. And he can trust in Shimana because of her character. So actually it is okay. For me it is okay.
Oh gawd. I like Yumemiru Taiyou.
