Shake
One of my coworkers is a drum & bass DJ, so tonight a bunch of us went out to see him "spin" (or whatever you kids call it) at the Baltic Room in Capitol Hill. Not my scene, and it took me a few minutes to figure out how to dance to it, but it was fun. I ran into a friend from high school that I haven't seen in ages, which is especially unlikely since there were only 20 odd people in the club (on a rainy Tuesday night, I guess that's the size of it).
Luckily John was there and gave me a ride home, so I didn't have to brave the buses in the rain and darkness. Also, he bought me Dick's. Mmm...horrible.
Now off to bed so I can get up for work in 5 and a half hours!
