I look like a monster :( My whole neck and part of my face and half of my back and my whole arms, my boobs... most of my upper body is covered in itchy, raised red blotches. :(((
I merely took a longish shower (no shower gel!), put on a pure cotton shirt and had a piece of bread with ham, a piece of red pepper, some milk and tea and some honey.
It's disgusting and horrible and I don't even know whether to go to a GP first or directly to a dermatologist. I don't even KNOW where to find a doctor here... (thank god for Google).
