Strange how after all this time, I finally was able to put a word to something that really fucked with me for several years. I was humiliated, that's what had me so mad and I just wasn't experienced enough to understand it. Yeah, I had experienced humiliation to smaller degrees growing up. Just hadn't realized it could be experienced on such a grander scale.

I'm almost 30 and still working on emotional and maturity bullshit. Is it always going to be this way? Blargh.
