Summed up like that, one feels sorry for poor jet-lagged Giles. I particularly like the way Indri brings in regional details. She very firmly grounds the story in reality. kudos for that. And her Ethan had me totally fooled. Indri is a terrific writer!
You probably know this story already (shapinglight acted as beta), but I only found it yesterday. The reassuring thing about this fic is: she started it in 2004, recommenced writing it in 2009 and finished 2010. Maybe there's hope for me yet....
I just finished the next chapter of Broken English. And now I'm torn. Should I post, or shouldn't I? If I post it, it stops me from going back and changing it. Again. For the zillionth time. The chapter after that is still a construction site, but the boulders are already there, they only need assembly and a bit of mortar....
