Bigtimenic named his crotch area (and upper parts of his thighs) Macedon. He named his penis Alexander (after Alexander the Great) and his right tesicle Hephaistion because in the movie, Hephaistion climbed into bed with Alexander from the right side and he named his left testicle Roxane because Roxane climbed into bed with Alexander from the left side.
