Ashley-filled day

I went to lunch with Ashley. We ate at Arby's. (It's our place.) It was pretty tasty. Mmm, curly fries. Okay, so we were going to stop by the YMCA so she could drop off her application to Jeff, but she realized her parents hadn't signed it. So we decided to go to the mall. We were going to get matching New Balance shoes, but the ones I wanted weren't on sale and she didn't have a lot of money in her account. Which makes me really sad because I've been wanting some of those shoes. The Clardys wear them all the time and they've kind of become a trademark. It's a certain kind of shoe, though. Anyway, we went to about a million different shoe stores in the mall but they didn't have the colors we wanted. So we just kind of looked around. Ashrey bought some cool cropped pants from JCPenny. Then we went to the Texas Thrift Store. That was FUN. I haven't been there before. I bought two shirts for 99 cents each. I also bought a shirt for Kirk because it was Jekell and Hyde the musical and, well, it just reminded me of him. Then we went to Huebner Oaks to look in the New Balance store, but they had even less choices than the ones in the mall. Whatever. So then we just headed to church after looking around in a few stores. Blane and Kirk came to church with me tonight. It was tons of fun. Kirk loved the shirt. Yay! It was kind of cool, we did something different at church tonight. Nathan gave us the plans that we had written at camp and we nailed them to this wooden cross in the back of the room, and we sang a lot more. It was pretty cool. Even Blane and Kirk wrote something down, which I thought was cool. Kirk, Blane, Ashley and I played Foosball at Refuge, then cards for a little while. Then, Kirk, Blane and I went to Sonic and ate ice cream. I love those guys. Awesome times.

I love storms. They're beautiful.
