I was planning on doing a painting on Sor Juana and then...The canvas (that I had already done a wash of yellow on) told me otherwise. As I was getting ready to go to bed, it demanded a new background of blues. Deep blues, intense, blues, maybe something that haunts, since I'm feeling a bit haunted these days.
