It's amazing how much better I feel after a few days of cleaned up diet and lots of sleep.
The only exception is the raging migraine from a quinoa stir fry with soy sauce. I knew that soy was off the list as far as interacting with my thyroid problem but it's taken this long (months? years?) to nail it as a migraine trigger.

Once everything is used up, though, I have my eye on the coconut curry with zucchini noodles. And raw strawberry pie!
