Yesterday I laid awake listening to the thunder
The last time I heard thunder, it was my first wedding with Rob
It was over a hundred degrees but there were black rainclouds
Lightning started the Big Sur fires,
now Big Sur hills are sliding.
In the a.m. I took Molly in the woods
There were no other footprints, she chased two big deer and was in doggie heaven
They weaved through the sagging lichen in the oaks, I tried to get video with my cell phone but couldn't
I am officially better
I had so much energy, I had a calender book I actually used
In math I sit in the back so I can doodle.
The guy next to me said you yell out the right answer every time!
Doodling swirlies helps me think, its like meditative cleaning
A sin for paper to be blank.
Flunked an anatomy quiz;
I walked to many times along the seashore
And had a long afternoon of made up Valentine loving
which I thought of every time I tried to cross my legs in class--ow
Now we're learning bones. We fondle skulls and ribs and coccyx-es made of plaster
There is an old guy with bad breath and bloodshot eyes who follows me around wherever I sit in lecture,
And he tries to reserve me and says all the time 'Do you go straight to lab after this? I want to be your partner reserve a seat for me" I say um yes but i have a lab partner I can't tell her not to sit there. He looks annoyed, if I stop and the bathroom or eat between and miss our chance to sit next to each other. Yesterday he kept ignoring his own partner, this hot hot firefighter in training who sits in front of me who I stare sometimes a his muscles through his shirt. Fireman looks shocked when this guy turns to 'be partners' with me, its odd
The clouds yesterday-----the rainbow behind my neighborhood----
This morning the coyotes were screaming and crying their hunting calls
I have a tons to do the next few days.
