Description: Tsunade looked at the letter reply from the Raikage, she shook her head and slammed the desk hard. Why?

            Chapter 13

"Lady Tsunade!" shouted Shizune, rushing into the room. She looked at the Tsunade's desk in awe, it was smashed in two, "My L-lady..." she gulped, "W-what happened?" she asked.

Tsunade was breathing heavily, she looked up at Shizune, anger in her eyes.

Shizune explored the room with her eyes, looking for an answer. She seen a wrinkled paper in the very center of the crushed desk.

"Shizune. Summon the Elders."

"Hai!" replied Shizune, leaving the room again.

Koharu and Homura, the village elders, walked in, Shizune following.

Koharu look at Tsunade, who was staring out the window.

"What has happened here?" Homura asked, obviously not pleased.

Tsunade turned around and picked up the Raikage's letter reply from the crushed desk, then handed it to Homura.

Homura looked down after reading the last line of the page, he handed the paper to Koharu. "This is grim indeed."

Koharu handed the paper to Shizune, who looked dumbfounded upon the paper as she read. "War cannot be avoided, it seems." said Koharu.

Tsunade looked down, clenching her fists, "This isn't something I'd bother having a war over, but at any rate, your right. As of now, I'm in need of your advice, Koharu, Homura." she said, loosening her fists.

Koharu grabbed a chair from the corner and sat down, "This will take a while. Homura, take a seat."

Homura nodded, taking a chair and sitting. "Tsunade, tell us everything about the cause of this."

Tsunade took her chair from the desk and sat down in front of them, "I gave a cell of three a mission, to eliminate the missing nin that was infiltrating the village a month ago."

Homura nodded, "And it seems this missing nin was not who it turned out to be. Tell me, who were the ninja in your three man cell?" he asked.

"Inuzuka Kiba, Uzumaki Naruto, and a jonin, Yuhi Kurenai." she said.

Homura nodded.

"I believe we may have been set up." said Koharu.

"What? How?" asked Tsunade, face serious.

"Why would the Raikage dare go to war? He has proved to be hasty and reckless at times, yes, but according to him, the one killed was no missing nin. The very same ninja that infiltrated our village and stole shinobi files was the one the three man cell killed, why would not retaliate to attempts to kill our ninja, and stealing records? The two aren't the same person, this means one of them was the real one, and the other was copy. The real one was under a genjutsu of some sort, and the copy was the one to infiltrate the village." said Koharu, nodding.

Homura nodded back, "That makes sense, for now, we can assume that's the situation. Now we have to figure out who the copy was and where she, or he, is now."

"Tsunade." said Koharu.

"Yes?" asked Tsunade.

"Send another letter to the Raikage, explaining the situation. If he sends another letter like this, then a war will no doubt begin."

Tsunade nodded, "I will. Thank you for your advice, wise elders. Dismissed."

Kiba licked Naruto's cheek, then kissed it.

Naruto turned around, waiting for Kiba to fuck him.

Kiba ran his fingers around Naruto's back, then put his hard dick at Naruto's entrance, "Just say when..." said Kiba, seductivley.

Naruto enjoyed the feeling of Kiba's fingers on his back for a while, then grabbed his cock, ready to pump, "When..."

Kiba grinned, then just as he started to thrust, a knock at Naruto's front door was heard.

Naruto got up quickly, knocking Kiba down to the floor, and started to get dressed quickly.

Kiba slapped his forehead, "I finally get to fuck you for a change and then I get interupted!" he shouted, getting up to get into his clothes.

Naruto opened the front door, it was Sakura.

Sakura blushed as she seen Kiba walked out of Naruto's room, pulling his pants up, "Did I interupt?" she asked, cheeks glowing red.

Kiba looked over to Sakura as he made his way to the door, "Interupt what?" asked Kiba, sarcasticly. He crossed his arms.

Naruto rubbed the back of his head, blushing, "No, no. You didn't interupt a thing." he said, trying to hide his erection.

Sakura, cheeks still red, shrugged. "I've got something important to tell you." she said, stepping in and sitting on the couch.

Naruto sat down beside her, "Sure, what is it?" he asked.

Kiba sat down on her other side, looking away.

Sakura's face went from a smile to a frown, "There's been talk of war." she said, look down at the floor.

Kiba turned his attention to Sakura, "War?!" he cried.

Naruto shared Kiba's shocked expression, "Why didn't we hear about this?!"

Sakura looked over to Naruto again, "Shizune and Ino have both been telling me."

Kiba remembered the day at the flower shop, That must be what she was going to tell us! The flowers must be some new weapon! he thought to himself.

"Just this morning, Shizune told me that the woman you killed on your mission wasn't a missing nin. The Raikage is furious."

Naruto looked down, remembering the moment when Kiba was about to die.

Kiba was staring at Sakura, "Kurenai-sensei isn't being held responsible, right?" he asked, hoping for the better answer.

Sakura looked to the ground again, "The Raikage is furious with Kurenai especially. He plans to have a reward set on her head, for the one who kills her at war."

Kiba closed his eyes tight, "It's all my fault..." he said, looking down too.

Sakura put her hand on his shoulder, "No, it's not, not yours, not Naruto's. Don't blame yourself." she said, calming him down a little.

"If she wasn't a missing nin, why did she attack our village, why didn't the Raikage know about it?" asked Naruto.

"Well, one of the village elders says that the woman was under a genjutsu, and that the one that attacked you guys was a copy of her, it was all a set up. It means the real missing nin is still out there." replied Sakura.

Kiba opened his eyes, "That means our mission isn't over..." he said, looking at his hands.

Sakura got up, "Sorry you two, but I've got to go. I promised to teach Ino some more medical ninjutsu today." she said, heading for the door.

Naruto got up, "Bye Sakura-chan." he said, waving to her.

She left, waving her hand.

Naruto turned to Kiba, "So, where were we?" he asked, grinning.

Kiba waved his hand, "I don't feel like it now Naruto, I'm too worried. Too nervous..." he said.

Naruto sighed, "So much for that..." he said. He sat down beside Kiba and kissed him on the cheek, "Love ya."

Kiba smiled at that, "Love you too."

~

Naruto patted Kiba on the back as they walked, "Don't worry Kiba." he said, grabbing his hand.

Kiba smiled, "Thank you, Naruto." he said. He looked down, saddened again. Akamaru barked in attempt to cheer Kiba.

"What is it, Kiba?" asked Naruto.

Kiba tightened his grip with Naruto's hand, "I don't want to lose you because of some war that I started."

"Sakura already said it's not you fault, stop worrying about it." Naruto said, then he grinned, "Besides, you think I'd die that easily? Heck! I'd win the war!" he said, now smiling.

"Heh, funny." he said, smiling back. "I guess your right, I should've known my boyfriend could protect himself." he smiled again. He leaned up and kissed Naruto on the cheek. Akamaru rubbing his head against Kiba's right hand, barking in approval of Kiba's happiness.

Kiba opened the door to the Hokage's room, letting Naruto in, then walked in himself.

Tsunade looked up from her desk, which was fully repaired and looked brand new, "What do you two want?" she asked, tapping a pencil against the desk.

Naruto walked up to her desk, "We know about your hiding war from us." he said, putting his hands on the desk.

Tsunade sighed, Sakura, you idiot, I told you not to... she thought, "I didn't want you two to take the blame for it." she said.

Kiba rubbed his elbow.

"You shouldn't have! You should have told us as soon as it happened! Kiba feels horrible for Kurenai sensei! We could've done something about it!" he shouted, staring into Tsunade's eyes.

Tsunade sighed again, Kurenai will be fine, Kiba." she said, waving a hand to him, "Naruto, we're working on a situation the best we can to avoid war." she said.

Naruto grunted, "I'm going out to look for the missing nin." he said.

"I'm going too." said Kiba.

Naruto shook his head, "I'm going alone, I won't lose you like I almost did before."

Tsunade hit the desk, "Neither of you are going! It's too risky right now, the ANBU can handle it!" she shouted.

"But-!" Naruto began to say, interupted.

"But nothing! I order you two to stay here! don't step foot out of the village untill further notice!" she shouted.

Naruto put his head down, "Fine." he said. He walked over to Kiba, "Let's go."

"Sorry, Lady Tsunade..." said Kiba, Akamaru whined and follow the two out.

Tsunade sighed and began writing on some records and various manuscripts on her desk, "What a day..."
