I know I haven't updated on here much lately, but that's mainly because nothing interesting enough to talk about seems to happen any more. Life has been very dull of late

I don't know. A pirate cat just sounds way too dangerous to have around the house. They're crafty enough as they are. If they become pirates then there would be no hope for humanity.
Lol!! Very, very true! And of course I'm seeing Greebo as the Cap'n Jack sort of pirate *grin*. If he starts trying to get the rats to walk the plank I shall have to take action!
And that reminds me, I just re-read Witches Abroad where Greebo temporarily becomes human...now *that* was scary!! *grin*
Yay for diets that work! :) Mine's not been going so well, but then that could have something to do with me not sticking to it! *sheepish*
I am scarred for life after that needle description. Now I don't think I'll go to that orthopedic surgeon about my wrist afterall. *faints*
Be wary of Greebo the Pirate -- it may be his next step at taking over the world!! I'll be the closed-eye is just a ploy so that you'll get him an eyepatch! ;)
I don't know! It was pretty gruesome. I think maybe cus I felt bad for her cus she was so upset, I was too busy trying to comfort her to really freak out.
And it's funny you should say that about the boat. You know the poem The Owl And The Pussycat? Well I was singing it to Greebs one night a few weeks ago while my friend Helen was over, due to the fact that Greebo has a box he sits in a lot. Come to think of it, he sits in it mostly when Helen's there. And he just glares at her all night over the rim of it. Anyway. We got into a crazy conversation about how we were going to paint the box and turn it into a pea green boat and make him an owl out of a coconut. We were crying laughing in the end. Although I guess if you don't know the poem none of this will make much sense to you!
I hope Captain Greebs is feeling better now - yar!
I'm glad to hear from you and that your diet is working so well! I couldn't live without carbs but my exercise/portions thing is working OK as I've lost 5 lbs so far...
You should totally turn on the charm for the American doc and marry him! Love that idea!

Yeah the needle thing was pretty gross. I really don't see why they can't inject the anaesthetic first rather than at the same time.
And I don't mind the eyepatch...but if he starts pestering me for a parrot he's gone! *grin*

Lol, I can see it now, a cat with an eyepatch and a parrot on it's shoulder! Talk about irony! *grins*

And I will definitely have to cultivate the American doc. But I need to find out where exactly he's from first...I can't tell from his accent. *grin*
