Yesterday I walked further than I have since befoe surgery and went on a trip to the in-laws for dinner. The morning I awoke very sore and puzzled. After 2 dilaudids, 1000mg of Tylenol, and a few puffs of my favorite smoking material I felt better and realized why I was so sore. All the activity from the day before.
