Hoping for a new start
So, I am back to my first day of working over break and its a real joy. I work for my Dad when I am home and there is never anything for me to do. Being an accountants daughter can be quite the dull task.
Anyway, so break has been ok so far. I have been spending a lot of time with my family and friends. I've already gone back to BG once so far and I am going again this weekend for the new year. It's amazing how you grow so tired of a place and then when you leave, you realize that is your real home.
I've been thinking about the new year coming up and I've decided to do the resolution thing. Very cliche I know, but I really need to set some goals so that I can really grow as a person. My main goal will be to concentrate more on school. This past semester really showed me that I put too much time into my job and extra activities. Unfortunately because of my slacking, I will be graduating a semester later than expected. I guess it took a really big slap in the face like that for me to realize what is really important.
Oh well, back to making copies and punching numbers.
